Emergency Medicine & Family PracticeDr. Ruben Veloz is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who has cared for patients at Memorial Heights Emergency Center since 2009. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his emergency medicine residency at R.E. Thomason Hospital in El Paso. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and, earlier in his career, worked as a robotics and navigation engineer at NASA's Johnson Space Center. He treats patients in English and Spanish.
