Elizabeth Ann Fair, M.D., FAAEM

Dr. Elizabeth Fair is a residency-trained emergency medicine physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (FAAEM) on the team at Memorial Heights Emergency Center. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Galveston and completed her emergency medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She has practiced emergency medicine across the Houston area, including at Houston Northwest Memorial Hospital.
