Emergency MedicineDr. Akash Bhagat is the founder of Memorial Heights Emergency Center, where he serves as President/CEO and Medical Director. A board-certified emergency physician, he completed his emergency medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center—where he served as chief resident—after earning his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He opened Memorial Heights in 2009 to bring boutique, 24-hour emergency care to Houston's inner loop. He speaks English, Spanish, Hindi, and Sindhi.
